With more than 30 years of experience in the housing construction infrastructure segment, Awas Nirman has a strong foundation to create affordable homes with a view to fulfilling dreams of middle-class and lower-middle class families by empowering women. Headed by Mr. Manjunath S. Kurahatti, a professional Civil Engineer and Vaastu Expert, and with a dedicated team of staff Members, Awas Nirman stands as a beacon of hope for the middle-class and lower-middle class families by providing shelter and cash back under Social Benefit Schemes.

A staunch social activist from his student days, Mr. Kurahatti has carved a niche for himself in the socio-economic segment since 2019 with the launch of Awas Nirman. Born in a rural background of Dharwad District, he studied the nuances of the PMAY program for a year and started construction projects for the benefit of the common man in 2017. He has taken up the cause of fulfilling the dreams of the Prime Minister of providing shelter for all.

Realizing the significance of a deeply satisfied customer, he has ensured that Awas Nirman is a one-stop window for “harried” middle class property investors. He ensures that beneficiaries get all their property related work done – from identifying sites, processing loan applications and getting completion certificates – without having to run around.
