Current Project Details
Currently, Awas Nirman is facilitating housing facilities (sites and constructed homes) for urban middle income groups under the PMAY CSRDBTWEF (Corporate Social Responsibility Direct Beneficiary Transfer Women Empowerment Fund in the twin cities of Hubballi-Dharwad and Bengaluru.
Ongoing projects under the first-of-its-kind financial returns scheme include: World Square Towers, Prestige Garden (Kusugal Road), projects on Sulla Road, Kusugal Road, Nandini Layout, Kalidas Nagar, Bairidevarakoppa, Hanumagiri in Nuggekere, Narendra Road and Malligenagar (all in Dharwad District), Kayakanagar in Ranebennur and Kanakapura Road (Bengaluru).
Projects are also being envisaged in other Districts of North Karnataka and the rest of the State of Karnataka.
